RadarSync

RadarSync is an update tool that searches the computer for software and drivers that need to be updated. It scans the computer for outdated software and drivers, and then recommends the proper updates when the scan has finished by directing the user to the particular driver’s website. RadarSyncs links to these websites to update the drivers instead of storing the updates in its own server. Scanning can be scheduled weekly or daily. However, the application also allows custom scan.

RadarSync’s interface displays the results immediately after scan. The results displays extensive information on every driver and software in the computer. Among the information displayed are the name, type, version, and manufacturing company of the drivers. It also lists down the recommended action for outdated drivers. Additionally, the program also creates a backup of all the drivers and software in the computer. In this way, the drivers can be roll back to its previous version in case there are errors in the update. Moreover, all driver downloads’ location can be selected. The same can be said with backups.
