Readiris Application

Readiris is an OCR (Optical Character Recognition) suite that enables users to convert files and documents to editable text. The application consists of an award-winning technology that converts paper documents into digital text documents (Word, PDF, Excel, etc). It comes built-in with an OCR engine that converts files accurately and quickly. Readiris also comes with a scanning wizard for scanning paper files and importing them directly to the program for conversion. Additionally, images of files from mobile phones and digital cameras can be converted.

All converted files and documents can be edited with the creation tools included in the program. Users can merge files into one document, change the output format, and share files with other users. The size of images and PDF files can also be reduced by as much as 50% with the iHQC (Intelligent High Quality Compression) technology. Readiris’ interface is tab-based and all the tasks can be done in just one click.
