RMVB Converter is a program that enables users to convert their RMVB video files into other video formats. RMVB is a multimedia container format that supports variable bitrate media streams. This file format is represented by the file extension .rmvb. RMVB Converter allows users to convert RMVB and RM (RealMedia) files into formats such as MP4, AVI, DivX, Xvid, H.264/AVC, WMV (Windows Media Video), Xbox 360 WMV, FLV, MOV, 3GP, and into MP3 audio. RMVB Converter provides a four-step process in converting videos. Users simply need to import the original video file into the program, set an output folder where the converted video will be exported, select an output video format, and then click on the convert button to start the conversion process. The program will work automatically and notify the user by means of a dialog box once the conversion process is completed.

RMVB Converter features a simple and straightforward user interface that has five main parts. The first part is the Source bar, which contains an open button that enables users to locate and select a video file to be converted. The next section has a similar feature, which allows users to set an output folder for the converted file. The third section contains a list of output video formats where users can select one to convert their video files. The fourth part is the progress bar, which displays the status of the conversion process. The last part contains the “convert” button, which starts the conversion process, and the Exit button, which closes the program window.
