Sesame Street - Learn, Play & Grow

Sesame Street – Learn, Play & Grow is an educational application geared towards children ages 2 to 4. The program focuses on several topics that will help children learn different skills including matching, counting, sorting, listening, and many more. The lessons in the program are presented in such a way that children will have fun while learning. It also features several Sesame Street characters, such as Elmo, Cookie Monster, and Big Bird.

The program comes with 25 activities, including identifying colors and shapes, grouping objects together, things in common sound activity, numbers pinball, and find the numeral, among others. The application promotes early learning, so that children will be able to learn and enhance their skills at an early age. It makes use of imitation and exploration to entice children to learn about different topics. The application also makes use of encouragement and positive reinforcement. Furthermore, the program comes with special features including a hint system featuring Sesame Street characters, and eight Sesame Street videos. The program also adjusts according to the child’s skill level.

The application can be used with just the computer mouse. The program comes with Mouse Tips, which consists of suggestions that parents can do with their children in order to develop skills in using the mouse effectively.
