Shop It Up!

Shop It Up! is a time management game that was first released in 2011. The game allows players to create their own mall with different shops including electronics, music, apparel, accessories, and more. At the start of the game, there are only a few types of shops that are available, but more are unlocked as the player progresses. Players must get as much profit from the stores and this can be done by increasing the number of visiting customers. Money can be spent for advertising purposes, stocking inventory, hiring staff, and paying staff.

Each shop has a star rating, and this greatly influences the profits that the shop gets for each shopping day. The shop’s rating can be increased by purchasing floors and walls, and decorating them. For each level, players have goals that need to be met. These goals are located at the bottom part of the window. There is also an income wheel located at the upper right corner of the game screen. The wheel is divided into three colors – red, yellow, and green. Each color represents a profit range. The mall is divided into different sections that the player can develop. These are the atrium, mezzanine, central plaza, and balcony among others.
