Sniper: Ghost Warrior

Sniper: Ghost Warrior is a first-person shooter video game released in 2010. The game focuses on the tasks of a military sniper. Players assume the role of several characters including a sergeant, sniper, delta force operator, and even a rebel. The missions are based on which character that player is controlling. The game is played in the first-person perspective. Most of the time, players must remain in stealth mode and stake out a target. When shooting at targets, different factors affect the trajectory of the bullet (gravity, flight, wind, etc). These factors must be taken into consideration when taking a shot to successfully complete the mission. Weapons available in the game are pistols, sniper rifles, and knives. When players control a character who is not a sniper, the game shifts, and players engage in open combat.

Majority of the game is played in a jungle. Players are free to roam around in the jungle, but the game design ensures that they travel a path that will lead them to their mission.

In single-player mode, the game is separated into four acts, and acts have several missions. Each act has a main goal, too. The main goal must be achieved in order to move on to the next act. Users can download additional game content that adds three campaigns to the game.
