Ulead COOL 3D Production Studio is a graphics tool that allows users to create animated texts and 3D graphics. It comes with several tools, such as texts, special effects, backgrounds, and other objects that can be made into 3D. The program supports several file formats including those for videos, still images, web animations, and 3D models. Most objects needed for creating 3D graphics are available, but users are free to create items from scratch.

The program supports the drag and drop feature. All objects are readily available on the main window. Users can drag an item and drop it on the timeline to start creating the animation. The key-frame timeline provides the user full-control of the animation process. Other projects that can be done with the software are the following:
