Wizardry Online is a MMORPG (massively multi-player online role-playing game) that was first introduced in 2012. The game is described as a hardcore fantasy game that consists of complex mazes and puzzles. There are also several traps spread throughout the game world, which makes the game more challenging. Players have the freedom to create their own character by choosing their race, class, and their attributes. There are five races to choose from – Human, Porkul, Dwarf, Gnome, and Elf. The Dwarves are males, while gnomes are females. There are four types of classes, too (Thief, Mage, Fighter, and Priest). Players have the option to change their character’s class while playing the game.

One of the main features of Wizardry Online is Permadeath. Permadeath pertains to permanent death, wherein there is a chance for the player to lose the character forever upon death. Losing the character can be avoided by giving up items from the player’s inventory. However, this does not always work.
